Do You Have A Proper Linked-In Profile?

Clearly one person hasn’t……I find it very irritating when individuals don’t have a photo showing on their profile. The result is what you see below on the top left of the image – this is like the “egg” on Twitter.

The whole point of Linked-In is to connect with others, and not act like a social media snooper.  Am I being harsh?
