Enjoying what one does is rewarding, fulfilling and can be great fun too, however, it’s very easy to forget that we all need to rest and relax each week – some people even suggest that we should meditate once a day! Not bad advice at all. Regular exercise, proper sleep and a healthy diet will ensure you’re fit for purpose….but I still think we need to mentally switch off on a regular basis. What do you do to get into another space? Do you read, watch television, play tennis or golf? Or you maybe a bit of a bookworm, if so what do you like to read? Fiction or non-fiction?
I think what really matters is that you relax and take things easy or a regular basis…here’s me chatting to an acquaintance about the pro’s and con’s of our respective mobile phones:
