Don’t Be Provocative

Far too often nowadays, one really has to stand and fight to get things done, persuade others or simply get a satisfactory level of customer service. But I find the best way is to be nice and pleasant to others even if they fall into the “jobsworth” category!

Just recently, I’ve started to say “Thank You Jake” or Phillipa or whoever has been serving me at various retail outlets, even if my customer experience has been up to scratch! Giving others a boost, helps your self-esteem as well as the confidence of others…
