Do You Feel Out Of Place?

I’m sure it’s happened to most of us at one time or another.  Your boss moves on and the company you’re working for has been taken over and all of a  sudden you feel uncomfortable, very uncomfortable. Should you stick it out and hope for the best or do you quit? In the 1990′s I faced such a choice – the takeover was brutal and very swift. I could have moved but my instinct told me to hang on. It turned out to be the right decision. Not at all easy but worthwhile in the end.
