When cold calling, or in fact whatever you undertake in your professional life you must do it with a sense of optimism.

If you don’t you’ll be defeated before you even start!

Before you undertake a session of cold calling, say to yourself soimething along the lines of:

“I’m going to achieve something in the next hour or two”
