Cold Calling – It’s A Gas!

Business to consumer cold calling (B2C) is something I’ve only ever done sparingly over the years. To me there’s something not right in trying to sell cheap electricity, loans, boiler repair services or double glazing to ordinary people. I much prefer the cut and thrust of the business to business market, or B2B as it’s known. Here’s comedian Jack Dee having a dig at those cold-callers:
