Does Your Firm Over-Deliver?

A businessman said to me last week that his sales revenues were increasing but that he still was dissatisfied with the level of sales from existing and new customers.
He wants to improve sales by 10% over the next few months but doesn’t want to employ more staff in order to achieve his new sales goal.
I would imagine that many owners of SME’s are in a similar position, so it’s all about getting “more” from the people you currently employ.
Are you sure that:

* your sales and support staff are getting the right level of rapport with customers?

* you “deliver” on time, every time?

* you under-promise but over-deliver?
