No not live reporting as a presenter but reporting on “LIVE” a new film starring Eva Mendes.
Last night, I went along with some of my fellow presenters from Leicester Square Television to a special screening. Eva Mendes stars as an ambitious television executive in Academy Award–winning filmmaker Bill Guttentag‘s compelling satire “LIVE!”, a Lionsgate UK release, which will open at London‘s Empire, Leicester Square, on Friday 19th September.

“Wacky, wild and so American. “Live” gives a wonderful insight into the maniacal world of US media.
Written and directed by documentary filmaker, Bill Guttentag, “Live” shows Eva Mendes at her very best. She plays the gutsy Katy Courbet who doesn’t take prisoners and her foil is Rex, an up-and-coming documentary maker.
They follow each other from pitch to meeting and back again until Katy’s idea of getting a Russian Roulette game finally gets on air.
Film buffs may consider this to be a fusion of the 1970’s hits Network and the futuristic Rollerball.
Fast and furious, it highlights human nature at it’s most bizarre and curious”.
