    How about adding “and make sure your keypad is locked as well…”? One time, while in my purse, my cell phone dialed my last call (which was a client) and the client was able to hear me say, “Brian hurry up, wipe and get out of the bathroom - we need to get going!” Of which my then 11 year old son yelled back, “I can’t hurry number two MOM!!” The client called my cell back laughing and left me a message letting me know what he overheard. I was mortified and embarrassed. I made sure to lock my keypad from then on…

    I meant to add that I like being able to see you in video here. I am not brave enough to do this yet (you’d think I would be after being a corporate trainer) but I enjoy seeing how others look and sound online. I think it adds value to your website…and I love your accent.
